ICL supports local, state and national boundary-spanning collaborations that strengthen public education.
Sometimes ICL convenes and facilitates collaborations with strategic partners. For example in collaboration with the National Education Association, ICL launched a national dialogue aimed at redefining school-based leadership to recognize that effective teachers stay and grow in schools in which they share and contribute to leadership decisions. Other times we are asked to help leaders convene new collaborations that they need.
