ICL Workshops, Seminars and Retreats are low-cost and practical events for the people involved in planning, implementing and sustaining collaborations.  They are designed to facilitate change … which means we work with you to design the seminar or retreat you need. There is nothing generic about them.

Whether helping to launch a new collaboration – or helping long-standing partners breathe new energy or capacity into a stale or troubled partnership – each Seminar and Retreat is a reflective and strategic process that results in change.

Making a collaboration work – and figuring out why a collaboration doesn’t work – is both art and science. With an experienced hand, ICL brings the science of tools, models and principles to the questions: What’s likely to work? What is working? What’s not? And Why?

Seminars may last two hours or a day. Retreats require a larger commitment of time. We will help you figure out which you need and how to maximize the effect within your budget.

The budget of schools and civic organizations are tight … which makes collaboration even more important! As a nonprofit research and service organization, ICL fees respect these shrinking budgets.
